When will my order arrive? 

Orders normally ship within 24 hours of Order Placement. 

What is your Return Policy & How do I Return an Item? 

If you aren’t 100% satisfied, return it within 7 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Once approved; Ship your item back to us in its original packaging.

  • We will typically issue your refund within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.7

 

 What do I do if my Order arrives Damaged?

  • Take a photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
  • Attach your photos to an email and send them to info@ready2hangart.com Please include your order number, tracking#, item number, a brief description of the damage, and whether you’d like a replacement or a refund.
  • You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your photo return is being processed.
  • If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on your photos.

Please note: If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.

We want you to love what you hang. If something's not right, we'll help you sort it out quickly. Here's how our returns work.

 

Our 7-Day Return Promise

Not the right fit for your space? You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. To qualify, returns need to meet a few simple conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • It's repacked in the original packaging

  • The return is started within 7 days of delivery

  • You've received a Return Authorization (RMA) from our team before shipping it back

A quick heads-up: original shipping is non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee applies to non-damage returns. Return shipping is on you unless the piece arrived damaged or defective.

Arrived Damaged? We've Got You.

Every piece is inspected before it leaves our facility, but shipping happens, and sometimes things show up worse for wear. Let us know within 72 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. After that window we're not able to file with the carrier, so please open your packages and inspect them when they arrive.

How to file a damage claim

  1. Snap clear photos of the damaged piece, including a close-up of any affected areas.

  2. Snap photos of the shipping carton from a few angles — outside, inside, and any visible damage to the box or labels.

  3. Email the photos to info@ready2hangart.com with your order number, item number, and a quick note on what went wrong.

  4. Let us know whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.

We'll get back to you within 24–48 business hours. In most cases we can resolve the claim right from your photos, so you won't need to ship anything back.

One important thing: hold onto the original packaging until your claim is wrapped up. If we can't fully assess the damage from photos, we may need the piece returned for inspection. Tossing the packaging early can affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items

Because these are made just for you (or priced to move), they can't be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order artwork

  • Custom sizes, framing, or finishes outside our standard catalog

  • Custom or bespoke trade and wholesale orders (anything built to buyer-specific sizing, framing, or finishes)

  • Clearance, closeout, or items marked final sale at checkout

Good to know: final sale doesn't mean unprotected. If a final sale piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the same 72-hour reporting window applies and we'll take care of it.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@ready2hangart.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, item number, and reason for return.

  2. We'll confirm eligibility and send over a Return Authorization (RMA) with the return address.

  3. Pack the piece securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable, insured method. Return shipping is on you.

  4. Once we receive and inspect it, refunds typically post within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee and original shipping.

A note on RMAs: returns sent without an RMA, or returned in non-original packaging, may be refused or charged additional fees. Always check in with us first — it keeps things simple.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused at delivery, comes back undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or sits unclaimed at the carrier, we'll treat it as a standard return. The original outbound shipping, return shipping, and 20% restocking fee will come out of the refund — so please double-check your address at checkout.

Trade and Wholesale Orders

Trade and wholesale orders placed through Shopify Wholesale, Faire, or a direct purchase order follow the same return terms as our retail policy — as long as two things are true:

  • The order is standard catalog product (no custom sizing, framing, finishes, or bespoke specs)

  • The return or damage claim is started within the standard windows: 7 days for returns, 72 hours for damage

Eligible trade and wholesale returns follow the same RMA process, 20% restocking fee, and original-packaging requirement as our retail returns.

Custom and bespoke trade orders — non-catalog sizing, custom framing or finishes, personalized artwork, or anything built to buyer-specific requirements — stay final sale across all trade and wholesale channels. They're still fully protected against manufacturing defects and shipping damage under the standard 72-hour window. We replace at no cost, or refund where replacement isn't possible.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return or approving your claim. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take another 3–10 business days to actually show up on your statement.
